ALBAWORK（以下「当社」）は、建設業界向け求人マッチングアプリ「ALBAWORK」（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただくユーザーの皆様（以下「ユーザー」）の個人情報の保護に努めています。本プライバシーポリシーは、当社が収集する情報、その利用目的、およびユーザーの権利について説明するものです。

1. 収集する情報

当社は、本アプリの提供にあたり、以下の情報を収集します。

1.1 ユーザーが直接提供する情報

• 氏名: アカウント登録および本人確認のため
• メールアドレス: アカウント認証、通知送信のため
• 電話番号: SMS認証、緊急連絡のため
• プロフィール写真: ユーザー識別のため
• 作業写真: 日報・検査記録の添付のため
• チャットメッセージ: 求人掲載者と求職者間のコミュニケーションのため
• 資格情報: 建設業務に必要な資格の確認のため
• 本人確認書類: eKYC（電子本人確認）のため
• 銀行口座情報: 報酬支払いのため（Stripe経由で安全に処理）

1.2 自動的に収集される情報

• 位置情報: 出退勤時の現場確認（GPS）、近くの求人検索のため
• デバイス情報: アプリの動作最適化、不具合対応のため
• 利用履歴: サービス改善、利用状況の分析のため
• 勤務履歴: 出退勤記録、報酬計算のため

2. 情報の利用目的

収集した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。

1. 求人マッチングサービスの提供および改善
2. ユーザーアカウントの管理および認証
3. 出退勤管理（QRコード + GPS による勤怠記録）

4. 情報の共有

当社は、以下の場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

• ユーザーの同意がある場合
• 法令に基づく場合
• 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合
• サービスの提供に必要な範囲で業務委託先に共有する場合（適切な管理監督のもと）
• 求人マッチングにおいて、求人掲載者と求職者間で必要な情報を共有する場合（氏名、プロフィール情報等）

5. データの保管と保護

• 個人情報は、Firebase（Google Cloud Platform）のサーバーに暗号化して保管されます。
• 通信はすべてTLS/SSL暗号化により保護されます。
• パスワードはハッシュ化して保存されます（Firebase Authentication）。
• 決済情報はStripeのPCI DSS準拠の環境で処理され、当社のサーバーには保存されません。

6. データの保存期間

• アカウント情報: アカウント削除後30日以内に削除
• 勤務履歴: 労働基準法に基づき、最終勤務日から5年間保存
• チャット履歴: アカウント削除後30日以内に削除
• 監査ログ: セキュリティ目的で1年間保存
• 決済記録: 法令に基づき7年間保存

7. ユーザーの権利

ユーザーは、個人情報の保護に関する法律（APPI）および一般データ保護規則（GDPR）に基づき、以下の権利を有します。

• アクセス権: 当社が保有するご自身の個人情報の開示を請求できます。
• 訂正権: 不正確な個人情報の訂正を請求できます。
• 削除権: アカウントおよび個人情報の削除を請求できます。アプリ内の設定画面から直接アカウント削除が可能です。
• データポータビリティ: ご自身の個人情報を構造化された一般的な形式でエクスポートできます。
• 利用停止権: 特定の目的での個人情報の利用停止を請求できます。

8. Cookie等の利用

本アプリはモバイルアプリケーションであり、ブラウザCookieは使用しません。ただし、Firebase SDKにより端末識別子が利用される場合があります。

9. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは18歳未満の方を対象としていません。18歳未満の方が個人情報を提供したことが判明した場合、当社は速やかにその情報を削除します。

10. プライバシーポリシーの変更

当社は、必要に応じて本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内通知またはメールにてお知らせします。変更後も本アプリを継続して利用することにより、変更後のプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

5. Data Storage and Security

• Personal data is stored encrypted on Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) servers.
• All communications are protected by TLS/SSL encryption.
• Passwords are stored in hashed form (Firebase Authentication).
• Payment information is processed in Stripe's PCI DSS compliant environment and is not stored on our servers.

6. Data Retention

• Account information: Deleted within 30 days of account deletion
• Work history: Retained for 5 years from the last work date (as required by Japan's Labor Standards Act)
• Chat history: Deleted within 30 days of account deletion
• Audit logs: Retained for 1 year for security purposes
• Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by law

7. Your Rights

Under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right of Access: You may request disclosure of your personal information held by us.
• Right to Rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Right to Erasure: You may request deletion of your account and personal data. You can delete your account directly from the settings screen within the App.
• Right to Data Portability: You may export your personal data in a structured, commonly used format.
• Right to Restriction of Processing: You may request that we stop using your personal information for specific purposes.

8. Cookies

The App is a mobile application and does not use browser cookies. However, device identifiers may be used by the Firebase SDK.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a person under 18 has provided personal information, we will promptly delete that information.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you via in-app notification or email. By continuing to use the App after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Privacy Policy.
